Every product we offer is carefully 3D printed, inspected, and packaged with care. Because many of our items are printed to order, processing times may vary depending on product size, order volume, and current demand.

Processing Time

• Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
• Custom orders and larger prints may require additional production time. If your order will take longer than expected, we'll contact you with an updated timeline.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship orders on time, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can quickly work toward a resolution.
